We are thrilled to announce a significant achievement! We joyfully celebrate the graduation of our pioneer Namata Memorial Scholarship laureate from the University of Buea, Cameroon, who has earned a BSc. in Botany. This accomplishment marks a pivotal moment, reflecting the dedication and hard work of Mr. Okatukise Nwanamoto and the collective efforts of everyone involved in making this scholarship a reality.
Acknowledgement
This success is a testament to the power of education and the impact of providing opportunities to deserving students. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the KRCS team and all the generous donors whose contributions have made this possible. Their support has directly contributed to this student's academic journey and future prospects.
Announcement
We are immensely proud of our laureate's achievement and the positive impact this scholarship has had. However, due to the current security situation in Cameroon and the existing disparities in access to education for children, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend fundraising and calls for donations until further notice. This decision is made with the utmost consideration for the safety and well-being of all involved and to ensure equitable access to the scholarship program. We appreciate your understanding during this time. We will provide updates on the program's status as soon as possible.
