Create and Functionalise School Environmental Clubs
School environmental clubs go beyond textbook work, offering students and pupils hands-on experience and space to develop practical skills and sense of responsibility towards the environment. We create and functionalize environmental (EE) clubs in schools, We train teachers on how to use our elaborated Environmental Education Manual to deliver lesson in the EE clubs.

PUPILS OF EKON I ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB
Creating Environmental Education Clubs in villages and schools involves several steps involving sensitization meetings and discussions with teaching staff. Pupils in senior primary 5 are the most suitable for participating in the EE clubs based on the pupils' level of maturity and their ability to understand the concepts being taught. A timetable of activities is planned in collaboration with the teachers. To facilitate the effective functioning of the EE clubs, didactic materials are donated to all clubs. The materials include 10 packets of color pencils, 2 reams of paper, 50 pencils, erasers, and 5 primate posters per club. Today we can boast of five functional EE clubs in schools around Korup National Park.
Participate in the Celebration of Environmental and Wildlife Days
We have engaged in various environmental awareness and conservation activities in the Korup area and surrounding communities, consistent with broader conservation efforts in Cameroon. We use national days, international environmental and wildlife days and even cultural events to deliver our awareness messages through talks, posters and placards.

Mobilise Communities for Conservation through Sensitization Campaigns
Mobilising communities for conservation through sensitization campaigns is crucial for environmental protection. Communities that are aware of environmental issues are more likely to participate in conservation efforts. Sensitization campaigns educate communities about the importance of conservation and involve them in decision-making processes.
Community Sensitization meetings
Our campaigns are implemented through various channels, including social media, workshops, and community social events. For instance, the use of community social events has been effective in disseminating information and mobilizing communities for environmental awareness, fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility towards the environment.

Climate change can influence land use decisions, such as shifting crop production or altering agricultural practices
Engage in Social Events for Conservation
Engaging in social events for conservation, such as football tournaments, is an effective way to promote conservation and community engagement. The use of sports as a conservation tool is gaining recognition, with many organizations adopting this approach to promote environmental awareness and community engagement.
